Standard Payment, Cancellation, & No Show Policies ( during Low & High Season ):
  • Reservations may be amended in advance without penalty (subject to room availability and new rates applied).
  • Full payment will be settled upon checking in/out at the hotel / resort.
  • For Bayburi Vacation Villas Hua Hin, Cancellations (more than 3 days before arrival): No charge
  • For Bayburi Vacation Villas Hua Hin, Cancellations (less than 3 days before arrival): 1 night charge
  • For other properties, Cancellations (more than 24 hours before arrival): No charge
  • For other properties, Cancellations (less than 24 hours before arrival): 1 night charge
  • No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
  • Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
