Spa Packages include:

• A two day / one night accommodation at your selected hotel / resort
• Two-hour spa treatments: a combination of any choice of 60 minute Oil Massage and any choice of 60 minute Body Polish Treatment
• Buffet breakfast

Terms & Conditions:

• Validity: 8 January - 22 December 2010
• Room rates are on per night basis and nett, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% prevailing government tax.
• Extension night rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast only (spa treatments excluded).
• Complimentary room stay for children under 12 years of age (maximum 2) sharing parents' room and bedding. Extra bed/sofa bed will be chargeable. Children are not allowed at Bhundhari Spa Resort & Villas Samui.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error.
• Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to cancel or amend bookings if they do not follow our terms & conditions.
• Not applicable to group reservations and reservations for meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions.

Payment, Cancellation, & No Show Policies:

• Reservations may be amended in advance without penalty (subject to room availability, promotion validity, and new rates applied).
• Full payment will be settled upon checking in / out at the hotel / resort.
• Cancellations (more than 24 hours before arrival): No charge
• Cancellations (less than 24 hours before arrival): 1 night charge
• No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
• Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
