Terms & Conditions:
- Validity: 1 Apr - 31 Oct 08 (except at Samui properties: 1 Apr - 7 Jul & 1 Sep - 31 Oct 08)
- All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and nett, inclusive of service charge and prevailing government tax.
- Room rates are per room (2 persons) per package (7 nights) basis.
- Room rates, extension night rates, and extra bed rates are inclusive of American breakfast.
- Complimentary offers (package benefits) are not applicable to the third person (extra bed) except daily American breakfast and roundtrip airport transfer.
- Child Share policy (under 12 years of age) surcharge is based on existing bedding in selected room types. Extra bed/sofa bed will be chargeable.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error.
- Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to cancel or amend bookings if they are not followed by our terms & conditions.
- Not applicable to group reservations and reservations for meeting, incentive, convention, and exhibition.
Payment, Cancellation, & No Show Policy:
- Payments, cancellations, and no shows are subject to the following policies:
- One night deposit will be charged at point of reservation. Full Payment will be settled upon checking in/out.
- Cancellations: 1 night charge
- No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay or package price
- Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay
